Trivia[]

Art, for art's sake? (Well...)
- Forger Bud Hassler was arrested near the Mexican border on 5th March 1929, which Steindorf says was 30 years ago.
- Professor Popkiss remembers the Hassler case being reported in all the newspapers when he came to America, that same year.
- Counterfeit money also pops up in the episode The Sky's The Limit (involving yet another of Masterspy's schemes to get possession of Supercar).
- Mike recalls flying over the Sleeper Range in Amazonian Adventure.
- The telephone number of Black Rock Laboratory is Black Rock 1.
- This episode includes one of Mike's more memorable lines: "The things I do for you, Doc!" (Sounds a bit familiar, Thunderbirds fans? Hint: see the episode Cry Wolf.)
- And, speaking of Thunderbirds: Dr. Beaker's painting makes a "cameo" appearance (in color!) in the Thunderbirds 1965 episode Introducing Thunderbirds.
