Colgan is a character from the Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons episode The Inquisition.

He was voiced by David Healy.

Trivia[]

The puppet for Colgan was previously used for the Doctor in Operation Time, the Supreme Commander of Earth Forces in Point 783, the Lunar Controller in Lunarville 7 and Doctor Denton in Place of Angels, Rhodes in Noose of Ice and President Roberts in The Launching.
The puppet was later revamped for Joe 90, where it portrayed regular character Sam Loover.
