Commander Williams

Commander Williams is a World Air Force officer who appears in the Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons episode Flight to Atlantica. He briefs Captains Blue and Ochre before the two Spectrum officers head off in V.17-Alpha to disperse a wreck moving towards Atlantica.

He was voiced by Gary Files.
