The Doctor is a character from the Captain Scarlet And The Mysterons episode Operation Time. He assisted Dr. Theodore Magnus and Dr. Turner on Morgan's brain operation, using the brand new Cerebral Pulsator.

He was a silent character.

Trivia

The puppet used for the Doctor was later revamped for Joe 90, where it portrayed regular character Sam Loover.
It was also used for Supreme Commander of Earth Forces in Point 783, the Lunar Controller in Lunarville 7, Doctor Denton in Place of Angels, Rhodes in Noose of Ice and President Roberts in The Launching and Colgan in The Inquisition.
