Helga is a character from the Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons episode Model Spy.

She was voiced by Liz Morgan.

Helga's puppet was later used for Doctor Kurnitz' Secretary in Dangerous Rendezvous and a nurse in Treble Cross.

In Joe 90 the puppet was used for a hotel clerk in Business Holiday.

In The Secret Service it was used for Jackie in Last Train to Bufflers Halt and the Stewardess in May-Day, May-Day!.
