The Spectrum Guards are men working for Spectrum to guard the safety on an intended Mysteron human target. They are mainly seen guarding the inside and outside of a Maximum Security Building or keeping a chosen Spectrum motorcade safe. Many puppets were used for them, some more than once.

- The puppets used were known as revamp puppets that were used for other characters through out the series and also in other supermarionation shows. One of them was later rewigged and used for the role of Shane Weston in Joe 90.
