Time to Killl is the 6th broadcast and the 7th produced episode of Independent television series Space Precinct.

Plot[]

A powerful Cyborg suddenly appears in a warehouse and opens fire on the officers and criminals alike, an analysis of a piece of the Cyborg's armour has revealed it to be made of a metal alloy that has yet to be invented.

Synopsis[]

After Brogan leads a police raid on a counterfeiting operation run by creon forger Drako, a powerful Cyborg suddenly appears in Drako's warehouse and opens fire on the officers and criminals alike. In the confusion, Drako and Tamsin escape but Took is shot down and an innocent young man named Ross is hit by a stray discharge from Brogan's gun which knocks him into an acid bath. The Cyborg disappears as Took and Ross are rushed to hospital in critical condition. Brogan and Haldane hit the streets to question their usual informants but no one is able to provide a lead as to the whereabouts of Drako or the Cyborg. That night, the Cyborg appears in the hospital, injects the critically ill Ross with drugs and kills Took when she raises the alarm. The officers are stunned by Took's death but then Brogran learns that an analysis of a piece of the Cyborg's armour has revealed it to be made of a metal alloy that has yet to be invented.

  • This episode was the screen debut of Stephen Billington (Ross), who went on to portray Greg Kelly in Coronation Street.
  • The metal chip from the Cyborg is sent for examination to the Hawking Laboratories, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, Earth, named after renowned cosmologist Stephen Hawking.
  • Brogan’s conversation with Zipload about living becoming “hard to do when word gets out you’re a police informant” seems to refer to the death of informant Slik Otrasky in Protect and Survive.
