Head office employee Tom Williams was the designer of the desalination plants in The Secret Service episode A Question Of Miracles. He was at the desalination plant at Burgossa as it reached 250 hours in service, and watched in horror as it exploded at the same time as the previous plant in North Africa.
He was voiced by Jeremy Wilkin.

- This is the same puppet used to portray Captain Grey in Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons, albeit with a possible rewig and a pair of glasses.
- It appears in Joe 90 as a Diplomat's guest in International Concerto, Lieutenant Burns in The Race , Hawkins in Mission X-41 and Miller in Trial At Sea.
- It later appears in The Secret Service as Colonel Blair in Recall To Service, Brother Simon in School For Spies and the Captain in May-Day, May-Day!.
