The Woman Driver is a character from the Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons episode Big Ben Strikes Again. She stalled her car at a red light and couldn't get it started again, delaying Captain Blue and Captain Scarlet while they drove a transporter carrying a nuclear device to an underground detonation silo.

She was a silent character.
